The signup process is free and open to everyone.

To create an account, select the register link on the top right, select ‘click here’ under Sign Up and follow the process.

Make sure that you use a valid email account that you are able to access, as this is used to reset your password in case you are unable to log in. Due to security reasons we are unable to override this for users.

Please note that the first and last name fields are limited to 15 characters each, as it is not possible to print a longer name and surname on the certificates.

Please ensure that your name and surname in your profile is correct, as this name will be printed on your certificate.

Once a quiz is completed and the certificate has been generated, it is not possible to change the printed name and surname anymore, so ensure that the information is correct before starting the quiz.

To check or update the stored information: Log in, select your name at the top right section, then select ‘edit profile’ to access the stored information.

If you are unable to sign in, please select the ‘Lost your password?’ link that can be found under the log in button and follow the procedure to reset your account. Once this process has been completed instructions will be sent to the email you have registered with.

Google ChromeCast
This feature allows you to watch the videos on your TV, but it requires a Google ChromeCast device. The cast button will automatically appear if there is a Google ChromeCast device detected on the same network.

Casting From Browser
If you are playing a video in a browser that supports the Google ChromeCast device (such as the Chrome browser), the cast icon will appear on the bottom right corner of the video.
Apple has restricted casting from all browsers on Apple phones. Please download and cast from our app instead.

Casting From Mobile App
Please see ‘Mobile App Settings‘.

These icons are located on the top right-hand side of the app.

App Sign-in
Press the sign-in icon located on the top right corner of the mobile app when you log in to the app. This will ensure the app saves your credentials so that you do not have to log in with your username and password every time you close and reopen the app. Please reopen the app if you see a black screen after your first login.

App Home
Press the home button to return to the home screen.

App Refresh
Press the refresh button to reload a page.

App Settings, clear cache
Press the gear icon and then ok to clear the cache. Now reopen the app to finish the process. This will delete everything that was downloaded and saved including the sign in credentials.

Google Chrome Cast
This feature allows you to watch the videos on your TV, but it requires a google chromecast device. The cast button will automatically appear if there is a google chromecast device detected on the same network. Navigate to a video and press the cast button to cast the video to the device.

Quizzes may have a prerequisite requirement of an accompanying course that has to be completed first before the quiz can be enrolled.

Some quizzes are linked to a certificate that will be issued if the quiz is passed with the matching criteria.

This certificate can be printed or downloaded once the quiz is successfully completed.

The certificates for completed quizzes can also be accessed under the ‘My Quizzes’ tab in the user profile section.

Please ensure that your name and surname in your profile is correct, as this name will be printed on your certificate.

Some courses may expire after a certain time is reached.

Courses that are set to expire will have a countdown showing the remaining time under the ‘My Courses’ tab in the user profile section.

Example: If a course has a countdown of ’30 days’ the course will expire after 30 days and be removed.

Once the course has expired it will no longer be available and has to be re-enrolled to become available again.

Some quizzes may have a retry limit.

Quizzes that have a retry limit show the number of remaining tries under the ‘My Courses’ tab in the user profile section.

Example: If a quiz has a retry limit of 5, the quiz can be attempted 5 times.

Once the quiz limit has been reached, it will no longer be available and has to be re-enrolled to become available again.
